Vonex Limited – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation Description Vonex Limited (the ‘Company’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Friday, 8 June 2018. Official quotation of the Company’s ordinary fully paid shares and quoted options is expected to commence at 12 noon AEST on Wednesday, 13 June 2018. The Company raised $6,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its replacement prospectus dated 26 March 2018 (‘Replacement Prospectus’) by the issue of 30,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share and 7,500,000 quoted options exercisable at $0.20 per option expiring on Sunday, 7 June 2020.
