GBG shareholders were paid 2.6c per GBG share, but we had a 45:1 consolidation of our holdings in CODA. Remember GBG hit a high of something like $1.00+ per share. Many many investors badly burnt.
Some regarded this as inappropriate.
In my opinion there are going top be lots of cash calls over the next couple of years as they try to get this thing to fly.
