We were given these shares as reward for being faithful (but stupid) GBG shareholders. The total value we were given was 2.7c for each our GBG shares which were then consolidated 40:1 into our shareholding in COD which had some 32m shares from the 1.495b in GBG. They promptly did a CR and increased the number of shares. I see a number of CR's over the coming years.
The value of the shares I have, I earn that in less than a day's work. So no use selling.
I am just watching the peanut gallery.
Ansteel still involved.
And from memory they still have six or seven directors which for the size of the company appears overkill.
Just for info - KML exported it 1000th shipment just before Christmas.
But they have had real problems during Covid-19 to get the ships out - biggest time between ships was 259.5hrs or nearly 11 days considering the optimum number of days 2.14 days.
