From my understanding, a group of shareholders were advised to vote against the rem structure.
the logic being that because it's mostly based on one year profit figures that management will be incentivised to game short term profits to get bigger salaries.
only problem with the vote is there's at least ten years of history proving their logic wrong. Yet they hold onto their position, go figure
