is that data correct? they get much more incentives than those amounts, more than $6m incentives were paid to those directors last year, probably at least $10m incentives in total were paid if include those paid to GMs and employees.
cannot tell if that's too much or fair, as long as sp goes up, i guess most people dont give a crap
