    At least they are legally able to spend all the money raised in the RI as an application has been lodged with the ASX and they met the required number of shareholders. There no rush now for management to fulfill the other conditions to relist as they have the bit of cash to spend on there for wages and to transfer the money to Advent to prop it up for a while as it's low on cash also.
