Hey Doc, the conditions I would be looking at is Ed Husic minister in charge of the JA for Pep11 exploration licence, and the dude with final say on the Pep11 licence federally, Ed Husic has given his intent to deny Pep11 for Exploration and Pep11 is MMR,s only Tangible project currently.
Mr Ed could swing the axe on Pep11 at anytime currently, with a federal election year coming up, and that would basically take MMR out and it would end up a shell with a PDF and I actually don’t think that’s possible ????? But happy to be corrected.
Best spot for MMR currently is in suspension imo for all LT holders after a 5 year suspension, and until a outcome of the Pep11 legal argument is on the table clearly and not on a knife edge like Pep11,s future is currently.
