When NSW state and Now Federal Government both have the Axe swinging on Pep11 it’s not the time to pulling out the cheque book and lining up for Scrip imo TD, and the Environment is always relative as a argument if you have the coin to fund it TD, and the state a federal governments certainly have the coin imo, or maybe not the State of Victoria currently but that’s not Pep11,s problem imo.
