After reading ISX’s reply to ASX questions it feels like this is one big witch hunt IMO and we’re going around in circles without end point!
There is not a chance in hades that this will ever list again unless directed by a court.
I’m not particularly happy with ISX answers, particularly 2c but I can fully understand how they must be feeling. I feel the business model is being destroyed and this may partly be contributing to the antagonistic reply.
Things are looking grim at the moment and I can understand why holders would like to have this listed somewhere else.
Is it possible to re-list whilst there is an active investigation by ASX, enquires by Visa and court action? I would have thought no but someone else might be able to enlighten us.
Depending on the findings I have also queried whether a class action against the ASX is warranted but that can wait until we know more.
Good luck holders!
