It’s obvious KL was feeling uneasy that all the requests in the SOR were being addressed and he felt he was being placed in an awkward predicament having to seriously consider lifting the Suspension. So plan B ... use Visa as an excuse to extend it. it’s called “moving the goal posts”. Also no response regarding the offer to suspend the performance shares for 12 months.... why? Because it weakens his position. what a little grub he is.
