The letter gave SO4 two options: respond by 6th August or halt trading. SO4 took the second option, as we all know to our regret, so we never had the opportunity to bail.
The ASX would have released the letter now because even without any answers the questions in it are material to the receivers, the shareholders, and any parties who might be interested in picking up the pieces.
