Seems obvious the ASIC/ASX were the ones to back in this debacle. This dog fight will be used in university courses as an example of how a company/ceo should not act. When the announcement was made years ago that the company had miraculously hit performance targets (on a pro rata basis) and the CEO was getting squillions in performance shares, it was time to dump and run.
I feel bad for existing shareholders as I feel very sure this company is D E A D.
