In my opinion John has to go. He is inflaming the situation and talks openly in ways that NO OTHER CEO of a publicly listed company would or should. If JK leaves, and hands this over to someone capable of steering the ship through this turmoil, the company may have a chance (in my opinion); but having a hot head as a leader and public figure never ends well. The above email ensures this goes on, and legal bills (that YOU are all paying) continue to rise.

also for the record, ASX’s personal views of JK should have no bearing on their decisions to keep ISX suspended. Those decisions should be based on the facts at hand, not personal gripes, and I think a court will see it that way as well.
