so we get suspended in October and now ASX is justifying something that has happended in March (6 months later for the suspension).....something is seriously wrong with this whole saga and seems to me like ASX are desperate as hell to try and get something. This is a lopad of bullshit and all you nuf nufs claiming this is the smoking gun is a load of crap....our major banks have been fined 1.2billion dollars for major serious breaches and their share price goes up and no suspension.
