Not much point in them paying listing fees, they went from profitable in 2019 to this, the last two years should have been a boom for them, so even if they did pay the fees they definitely wouldn't be paying them again next year.

Everyone gets burned at some point by these types of companies that are run to benefit the execs.

Considering the delay responding to ASX queries and financial condition of the company, I feel the suspension of CTV securities will be drawn out.

Convertible note funding of $1 million due for repayment on 2nd November 2022 which could be subject to a default or termination by CPS as per the note conditions.
