We have all seen it , an individual with a dream to start their own company , gun ho at first , younger , faster , ambitious , fearless , builds up their dream , becomes the centre point with fingers in all parts , no decision made by others , issues occur , the realisation that running a business is hard work and the dream eventually loses its gloss .
The reality is that it takes its toll on the individual, long hours , sacrificing family and friends , knowing that the company will come to a stand still without them . Wear and tear and hatred becomes their worst enemy .
Family , friends and health become more important , a bit of me time required as they are no longer driven by money .
Could this company run without this person ? Maybe , most likely not .
