He is predicting a decade of " mining boom on steroids" that will flow through to the engineering sector.
The rally in WOR hasn't even started yet, this reminds me of the post listing days when it soared to the mid 50's . The only difference is the outlook is even better this time around , and, they own Jacob's which will give a " trubo " boost to earnings.
