We have excellent access to the Minister her deputies and the full time members of the Mining Commission and without exception they have expressed that they want this development to happen as quickly as possible. They like the company, they like all the CSR work we have done, the fact we hire all of our staff bar one locally and that we are open and transparent. On top of that in my opinion the commission seems to be working well, especially when considered they've only very recently been appointed and its a brand new entity requiring new offices, staff, systems etc.
So to answer your question I would refer you back to the Minister's comments in our ASX announcement of the 18th of June "Ngualla SML being considered by Mining Commission"
