By memory the problem with Regal is when there are convertible notes or complex instruments involved.
This situation they have shares and options. It needs to go up for them to make money.
Roadblocks may occur if they are happy with say a 100% rise and happy to get out and supply hits the market.
If the pulse is moving should not be a problem as this will attract interest from other parties.
Options are giving a early indication of expectations. Was hoping to buy at 1 cent.
