re: Ann: ASX request for retraction of statem... I agree with the ASX it reads as if Cluff / Torian has made an estimate of whats likely to be in that initial stockpile, based on all the information available i.e. 6700 ounces of recoverable gold.
What is wrong with Cluff making an estimate? surely keeping shareholders informed of these types of basic calculations is important?
If there is conservatively 6700 ounces in that first pile it equates to $3,283,000 to cluff before costs.
It's very different from Nicto (post 26/5/11) who came up with $270,000,000 for Cluff by making some guesses about the entire resource.
Why is Cluff not allowed to publish their rough figures for shareholders information?
