It doesn't matter how much AUZ have in the ground now though. LGChem have put their effort into QPM; they will almost certainly develop their mine first. Meanwhile they have land-banked this site.
AUZ should have never entered into this agreement.
LGChem don't have to develop AUZ, and don't have to put a cent into it. AUZ cannot enter into another agreement, and by doing so have taken their site off the market and made their ground absolutely worthless.
It doesn't matter how much AUZ have in the ground now...
