Maybe someone can confirm or not. Does ADO hold the patent for Raw Silicon in Anodes? I would have thought probably not.

The reason I ask is.
From the presentation current Anodes cost make up around 20% -23% of the cost of a battery. On a sidenote, this cost percentage will likely drop quite a bit if Raw Silicon is used instead of more expensive Lithium and associated materials.

If ADO does not hold the patent to using Raw Silicon in an Anode, then ADO selling AnteoX to a company and this company using it to produce their own high percentage similar "Raw Silicon Anode" could become a major ompetitor to an Anteo "Raw Silicon Rich Anode", thus taking away our competitive edge and cost the company potentially billions in Anode revenue.

If Anteotech does not own the Patent for Raw Silicon Anodes. Restricting AnteoX use in competitors to lower percentage Silicon Anodes sounds sensible. I know the company probably have this in order.

Maybe ADO hold the patent for Raw Silicon Anode while using AnteoX.

Anyone know the answer? Curious.
