Some of the points as I listened to Vlad yesterday
- I really like his improved body language and confidence within management. It clearly looked like he has a plan in his mind for this year and next year
- 2025 will be business as usuall focusing on store improvements, staff training and further strengthening of the brand
- 15-22 y is the new age group they want to target as new customers ( that was one of the idea for launching Allen's)
- Expansion (Europe and Northern America) or M&A may be looked at in 2026 or beyond. They are already working on registering IP so sooner or later it will come
- Bath & Body may be included as new segment soon as standard offering to potentially compete with Lush or Bed Bath Body etc DYOR
