    You do realize they just completed a 10 million dollar capital raise which is the only reason the SP dipped down to 18 cents recently. They have enough money for operational costs for about 1 year now. After the software has been proven to work I expect they will look for funding of the 200 satellites but I doubt it will be a traditional CR.
