Just some thoughts.
If you were a bidding company why wouldnt you just go to the JV partners and negotiate an option if FAR leaves JV. FAR has to tip in the 56 mill even if it defaults.
if FAR tips in funds before default deadline - then no harm done - JV keeps going, and FAR goes bust later and JV can then re sell the interest to other players with more value add.
