I don't know enough about the law to say yes or no. But if what you are saying is true, and if FAR is desperate to sell, then all they need to do is just do that and let WPL PE. The price has to be the same as value of the transfer then. I am sure FAR don't care at this stage whether the buyer be third party or WPL.
I guess we'll find that out soon enough now.
