Hey there Kb...

The order of emotion was: disappointment-then frustration-then a little bit of anger r.e. FAR in the last couple of years.
Typically, there is very little standing between frustration and anger (for me), the progression can be rapid, so I need to watch that closely.

I try to not do angry.
Because if I am angry, then I am not peaceful.
If I am not first peaceful, then I can not be happy... and I want to be happy.
Therefore, I try to remain peaceful... and anything that might follow would be gravy.

Why punish myself with anger over someone else's (FAR in this case) mistake?
I have enough on my plate to examine r.e. whether, or not, I have made my own mistakes investing, and remaining invested, in FAR.

It sounds simple, and it is, but it is not easy.
I spend a significant amount of energy trying to remain peaceful, but that's a lot less energy than I spend when I allow myself to become angry.

I don't know if that makes sense, but the takeaway is that I will try to pick better shares than FAR in the future, and remain peaceful no matter the outcome.
