The threats to ASX - many of which it has brought onto itself - outweigh the future potential, in my opinion.
The market can see the company's blunders only too clearly, along with the the lack of investment to future-proof its platforms (including blown out timelines and budgets etc) from potential competition.
Combine that with increasing regulatory scrutiny into the largest market operator (again, brought onto itself) and you have investors choosing to invest funds elsewhere. Easy choice.
