ASX then stated it received an answer from the IE about all teh questions it asked the IE and teh ASX asked a follow on question but it did not specify whether that related to Visa. It also did not state whether it had received and answer to that follow on question and did not disclose the answers to the previous questions. ASX just diagrees that the IE correctly included all the "findings" in teh Exec Summary.
