    Why would any company want to list on the ASX? Any prospective business needs to ask whether the compliance and commercial operations are sufficiently structured. Why should I invest in asx listed entities? Seriously. I thought a royal commission into asx was ridiculous 6 months ago but now I'm not so sure.
