Hmm to be fair I think we can all only read between the lines in this particular case. Both parties are stubborn & ISX pleads confidentiality on any hairy questions (including in media interviews where JK won't even name a single customer)

However, like I said, if ASIC investigation goes away quietly, the other issues are far less important & will be resolved in no time. In my opinion, SOI is the only game in town requiring closure/disclosure.
