I'm getting asked what I think about $ISX vs $ASX.For what it's worth, here is my insight atm$ASX are still searching for the smoking gun. It's not comin easy. They didn't find it in those contracts to get the PFS exercised. They are now focussing on dealings with Visa.

The issue with Visa, is a interesting one.You have to ask, what prompted the Visa issue?ASIC was enquiring into $ISX,Did they contact Visa?Did Visa get alarmed?Did that preempt Visa's action against $ISX?If I was $ISX, I would subpoena correspondence between Visa & ASIC

If not ASIC , was it another Aus Gov entity?$ASX seems to be holding something close to it's chest.Something it knows that the market doesn't.It's responses doesn't make sense otherwise.Does it know more about Visa vs $ISX and that's why it's pushing the Independent Expert?

But if Visa found an issue, why not MasterCard? Can Visa cooperate with Aus Gov authorities without at least informing $ISX?Surely Not.
Swami is onto it! Will be an interesting next 2 days
