Not really sure - just know the escrow was just a negotiating tactic by JK, but when the terms of the agreement came to light, they were never going to be agreed.
Its hard to gauge where the situation is now - because if it is not about performance shares or shares on issue (which may or may not be what ASIC is investigating) - I think ISX could easily be trading with a couple of clarifying announcements ...
