Yep, my thoughts also, ISX was being proactive to resolve the performance share issue and had to guess what ASX wants from them.
What was ASX proposal? It seems to be nothing and wait. The ASX suspension done by ASX is now up to ASIC.
What is ASX's proposal to resolve the performance share issue? If they they are not happy with ISX's proposal then what do they want?
Can ASX suspend any company and simply handball it to ASIC?
