ISX said that the escrow would be voided if the stock was suspended again. Mgmt could easily game this and just lodge accounts late, say thanks very much escrow is void we are selling these shares. ASX could NEVER accept that and management and their advisers had to know that. Again to be clear, this was ISX management's variation to a standard, widely used escrow arrangement.
