    asx only has chess control (so Broker Sponsored shares that have a HIN). so when an escrow is done are any Issuer Sponsored shares, that are involved, forced to convert to Broker Sponsored? or does the escrow have "legal reach" over Issuer Sponsored shares? or do they just put a court ordered caveat over the asset......prolly.... ?

    so actual ownership would be pretty important
