Ok, lets not be too pedantic in a general discussion about things we can only speculate on.
If it helps, remove the word 'fair' from what i wrote.
We dont have access to confidential discussion, maybe they are negotiating on escrow as we speak, who knows.
Which means none of us know how hard either side is trying to compromise, so we cant be factual with criticisms we arent fully informed on.
