Thanks Nasha... At which point should ASIC interest in the ISX/ASX case cause ASIC to action clause 3 - 4? and should this be an announcable to ASX and ISX holders? Apart from a 'competitor's' application to ASIC, there's no stated criteria for commencing an investigation of ASX. Do you or others know the criteria against which ASX might be checked?
I would assume that ASIC is following quite closely.....
