This looks very close to being able to be finalised.
VISA should be able to be dealt with one way or another, and the bonus shares will be deemed lawful or not.
So ISX should be back in the near future i would imagine, the criteria is listed, now we can meet it.

It hasnt been a fair game, but once we can run back out on the field we can let the tribunal figure out who was malicious or inefficient, and then hand out penalties.
But the game should go on.
