    Nowhere in the section 2 of Kevin Pelvis's letter does it say that ASX are to approve the scope of the review. See page 4 section 2 which outlines ASX's direction.

    So they come back now and want to give extra conditions. If Kevin wasn't so personally invested (biased) against ISX, maybe he would have got it right first time and not extend this rubbish!!
