The asset(performance shares) were acquired by a different process to other shares & the acquisition of those shares is being disputed by the market operator and investigated by the regulator at the moment the asset is already frozen if they don't agree the asset remains frozen as the company ISX isn't trading if they agree company trades and in 12 months they may have a liquid asset. If ASIC investigation concludes with no adverse findings which I suspect they are expecting then the asset may be liquid earlier.

Bit of a no brainer the way I see it.
