    I wonder how the 50m odd performance shares (around $60m worth) allegedly sold by the outgoing COO will be recouped if it's deemed the perf shares are all null and void?

    If they were not null and void at the time of holding I guess one could suggest they are allowed to be sold?

    Thoughts?
