So ISX agrees to escrow 31% of its shares until ASIC gives its decision to cancel or not and therefore relists.
In the meantime how do know what price to pay for a share in the market? Are there approximately 1 billion shares on issue or only 666 million? How can you trade a stock if you don’t know how many shares will eventually be on issue?
