So it appears that the crux of the matter was and is, the performance shares ie the self interest of those that own the shares. ISX used share holder funds to take ASX to court because the owners of those shares didn't like ASX demanding the escrow of those shares because, well, they wanted to cash those shares in while they could. Fast forward 6 months and left with no other choice, they will agree to escrow? All this time ISX was mobilising it's hapless shareholders against the ASX and playing victim when really it was all about the performance shares and the way they were granted, which by the way does not pass the smell test. Maybe it's time for shareholders to mobilise themselves again, but this time against those that run ISX.

and achieve what?? If the Asx did there job properly two years ago there would be a Lot of investors who wouldn’t be in The shit. This is just one big clusterfuck
