I wonder what the remuneration split between cash and shares is. If he is on a decent cash retainer still then this company is a joke.
Looking at the remuneration report my god.. Three Executive directors north of $500k cash... yes THREE Executive Directors and yes CASH!! Absolutely incredible! The rem packages are structured completely wrong for a start up.
