    "time contraints" is why BOD couldnt look elsewhere ?

    I suspect, but its just that, that refinancing elsewhere was made "impossible" by Hartree. Its simply not in their interest to have another financier having security.

    Hartree is just the gift that keep on giving - we can thank the BOD for that .
