Well, given the sell price of these shares, they did probably activated the call funding facility back in November.
They sold into the distressed book to push down the SP, then kept the price around 0.4c to make a raise at 0.34c in February. Ben also bought his shares at 0.35c in December so the raise price was already known back in December at least.
What a capital management and respect for SHs.
