Wrong again...as far as I'm aware, Ben didn't know what was to eventuate. In fact, nothing was decided around then when I approached them regarding the funding that was being considered ( as per previous quarterly).
They subsequently chose this crap raise instead. As a consequence, I have moved funds elsewhere....lesson learnt
