Hmmm I will find out... COPD was a different condition that was not tested in children from the 6 respiratory diseases cleared by CE Mark in the first place (version 1) yet approved without a separate submission.. I hear what you're saying about the Protocol though... anyway it gives us all something else to ponder about....
Perhaps we could look forward to an earlier clearance for sleep apnea either way...
