And in ALL cases of previous equity issues to Acuity , the SP has risen 100% in 3 months ( 2019 ) , 300% in 2020 ( 3 months ) , 137.5 % in the 2 1/2 month from 30 June 2021 , and of course the BIG ONE with an increase of 176.92% in the 6 weeks from 1st March through to mid April 2022.

And the Beauty of the ' At the Market ' is that the SP can run all the way to 80.0 cents , because it's not as if we need the extra capital just yet.

But if it does run , th equity will be raised at that level which will minimize further dilution to other shareholders.

So we definitely have some time for the ' Market ' to get underneath the SP and push it way way further up the value chain before we even need to tap these funds.

But it's nice to know that we have a ' Doubled Down ' facility equal to at least what we already have in the kitty long before its required. It's at the very least very conservative and the right approach when you are clearly ramping your business up BIG TIME.
